Hey thanks for coming out to Nashville to celebrate with us! We're excited to see you. Come hang out with the future bride and groom before the big day at the historic Melrose theater.

Shuttle Bus Transportation

Shuttle buses will be provided to the venue from the hotels. buses will make stops first at Franklin Cool Springs Marriott and then in the parking lot adjoining the Courtyard Marriott and Residence Inn

Please make sure to board the buses before the following departure times.

For guests needing to attend the Tea Ceremony at the Franklin Marriott, the bus will depart at 2:15pm. Note: This bus will not make a stop at the Residence Inn / Courtyard Marriott

For all other guests, there will be 2 more buses to the main cermony departing from the hotels. Buses will depart from the Franklin Marriott at 3:45pm and 4:00pm.

Buses will depart from the Courtyard Marriott / Residence Inn at 4pm and 4:15

Shuttle buses will also return guests from the venue to the hotel stops at the end of the night

Wedding Ceremony and Reception

For guests needing to attend the tea ceremony, it will begin at 3pm

For all other guests, the main ceremony will begin at 5pm, followed by the reception.
The ceremony will take place outside, weather permitting. Reception dinner will be indoors.

Dress Code: Cocktail attire or nicer. Just dress up and come ready to have fun.
